Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping Costs


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before order confirmation.


Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may use this number to monitor shipment status directly with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility


Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in its original condition

  • The product remains in its original packaging


For hygiene and safety reasons, disposable medical or protective products that have been opened may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds


Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.

Return Shipping
