At Innosol LLC, we are committed to delivering reliable protection and dependable service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a structured and transparent refund process subject to the terms below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for products that:
Are unused and unopened
Remain in original, sealed packaging
Include all original labeling and documentation
Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to personal protective equipment (PPE) and disposable medical or industrial gloves, opened or used products are not eligible for return, unless confirmed defective.
Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned products must be received by Innosol LLC within a reasonable timeframe following RMA issuance.
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund:
Contact our customer service team at contact@innosolppe.com.
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Clearly include the RMA number and proof of purchase with your return shipment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Innosol LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments not authorized through our process.
Returns sent without prior RMA approval may be rejected.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds will include the original purchase price of the product, less:
Original shipping and handling charges (if applicable)
Return shipping costs
Any applicable restocking fees (if disclosed at time of purchase)
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Notify us immediately at contact@innosolppe.com.
We will provide an RMA number and return instructions.
In confirmed cases of defect or shipping damage, Innosol LLC will cover return shipping costs.
Upon verification, customers may choose either:
A replacement product, or
A full refund
